  • Updateeee

    I really feel like i've gone got no further this weekend with my weightloss! Haven't ate anymore than i usually do, but done less exercise due to being over the boyfriends. I just feel really bloated and fat, think it's just that 'time of the month'.....sucks. Hopefully this week i'll feel better about it all :). Haven't weighed myself for a lil while now....i probs will sometime this week, with a bit of luck it will be a good result; fingers crossed.

    I did have a pretty good weekend with the boyfriend though, so at least one good thing came out of it. We've been together 6 months now :D. It's going so well, up to now i've never been in a relationship which is such a breeze, like i mean we haven't even had any minor arguements at all.....that's pretty good going me thinks. Love him to bits. We're planning to go on holiday this summer, would be amazing, eeeep! :D.

    Sooo stressed out about revising and completing my coursework on time, at least it will all be over soon.

    Intake:

    Lunch

    1 slice weight watchers bread- 50kcal

    1 kiwi: 30kcal

    10 grapes- 35kcal

    Dinner:

    Smallish baked potato with salad- 180 kcal

    Beverages

    2x coke zero- 0kcal

    3x water- 0kcal

    1x tea with a of milk and 0 calorie sweetners- 20kcal

  • Long time no write!

    Hey you guys, how are you all?

    So, it's been a while since i've been on here; been pretty busy with coursework! So everything's is pretty stressful right now.

    The diet is still going well though :). For the past couple of weeks i have managed to stay between eating 400-450 calories basically everyday, so i'm pretty chuffed about that (yay for self control!). And the pounds still keep coming off, current weight: 112lb.

    Intake so far:

  • Feeling good =]

    How are you all?

    So, today's been a pretty good good day to be honest. 6th form's been pretty hectic and stressful, but it should all work itself in the end.....hopefully. Basically i've got less than 6 weeks to complete all my travel and tourism work, it's going to be pretty hard going, but it should all me okay.

    I'm back on the right tracks now for achieving my intake daily intake of 500 calories. The past few days have been slighly over, which isn't good enough. I'm just hoping that i'll be able to resist eating later with my boyfriend when he has an evening snack .

    INTAKE

    Breakfast:

    1/2 grape fruit- 50kcal

    Lunch:

    10 raspberrie, 2 strawberries, 5 grapes- 33kcal

    Apple: 50kcal

    Bit of jam sandwich: 50kcal

    Dinner:

    Weight watchers ready meal: 250kcal

    Cuppa: 30kcal

    TOTAL

    463kcal

  • Hey.

    The diet isn't going quite as well as i had planned this week :/, it all started at the weekend. Me and my best mate decided to go out for a pub lunch and a have a few drinks....but we ended up going to pizza hut instead, coz the pub was PACKED! Had a chicken caeser salad with dressing, big mistake. Then i went over my boyfriend's, and his family decided to order domino's pizza......so yeah, i ended up eating pizza. Bad times. Didn't get to do any exercise either, which made me feel even worse. Sunday wasn't too bad though.

    Anyway, back to today.

    Intake:

    Lunch- Dairylee light triangle and light choice crackers: 47Kcal

    1/2 home-made biscuit- 80kcal?

    10 grapes- 35kcal

    Fruit salad: 80kcal

    Dinner: Baked potato with a few mushrooms- 200kcal

    Total: 442
